Before you delete

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before proceeding, consider the following:

  • Your account profile, messages, app records, and support history will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Any active sessions will immediately stop working.
  • Export any account records you want to keep before deleting your account.

How to delete your account

  1. Go to Account > Profile and scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. Click Delete Account.
  3. Enter your password to confirm your identity.
  4. Read the confirmation message, then click Permanently Delete Account.

Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Changed your mind? If you've requested deletion and want to cancel, contact support as soon as possible. We may be able to stop the deletion if it hasn't been processed yet.
