Before you delete

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before proceeding, consider the following:

  • All files in your cloud will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Any active shared links will immediately stop working.
  • Your subscription will be cancelled and no refund will be issued for unused time.
  • Download or export any files you want to keep before deleting your account.

How to delete your account

  1. Go to Account > Profile and scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. Click Delete Account.
  3. Enter your password to confirm your identity.
  4. Read the confirmation message, then click Permanently Delete Account.

Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Changed your mind? If you've requested deletion and want to cancel, contact support as soon as possible. We may be able to stop the deletion if it hasn't been processed yet.
