If you're not satisfied with your SecureBin for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The device must be returned in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details.
Every SecureBin comes with a 2-year hardware warranty included.
All SecureBin hardware purchases include a 2-year warranty at no additional cost. If your device develops a hardware defect within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
App Store purchases are non-refundable.
Purchases made through the SecureBin App Store — including apps, add-ons, and digital content — are not eligible for refunds. Please review app descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support and we'll look into it.
