Encryption at rest

Every file you upload to SecureBin is encrypted before it is stored. This means that even if someone were to access the underlying storage infrastructure, the files would be unreadable without the appropriate decryption keys.

Encryption in transit

All data transferred between your device and SecureBin is protected using TLS (Transport Layer Security). This ensures that files, login credentials, and other data cannot be intercepted while in transit.

Access control

Encryption alone isn't enough access control ensures that only authorized users can unlock protected files. SecureBin enforces strict authentication checks before allowing vault access, keeping sensitive records tied to your credentials and your hardware-first workflow.

What SecureBin does not do

SecureBin does not sell access to your files, analyze your stored content for advertising purposes, or share your data with third parties. Your vault is private by default and remains that way unless you explicitly choose to share something.

Note: If you lose access to your account credentials and have not set up recovery options, it may not be possible to recover encrypted files. Keep your login details safe and enable two-factor authentication.
