Where to find your invoices
All invoices are available in Account > Billing > Invoice History. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF for your records.
What your invoice includes
Your invoice will show the billing period, plan name, amount charged, any applicable taxes, and the payment method used. If you upgraded or downgraded mid-cycle, you'll see prorated line items reflecting those adjustments.
When you are charged
Charges are processed automatically on your billing renewal date each month or year, depending on your plan cycle. You'll receive an email receipt after each successful payment.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, SecureBin will retry automatically over the following few days. You'll receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method. If the payment continues to fail, your account may be temporarily restricted until the balance is resolved.
Updating your payment method
Go to Account > Billing > Payment Method to add or replace a card. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
