Viewing your current plan
You can see your active subscription plan at any time by going to Account > Billing. This page shows your current plan tier, renewal date, and payment method on file.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Account > Billing and click Change Plan.
- Select the plan you'd like to upgrade to.
- Confirm your payment details and click Upgrade.
- The upgrade takes effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading your plan
You can downgrade to a lower tier at any time. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your current storage usage exceeds the limit of the lower plan, you'll need to reduce your vault size before the downgrade applies.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel, go to Account > Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the current paid period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier with limited storage.
