Changing your email address

  1. Go to Account > Profile.
  2. Click Edit next to your current email address.
  3. Enter your new email address and current password to confirm the change.
  4. A verification link will be sent to your new email. Click it to complete the update.

Note: Your old email address will continue to work for login until you verify the new one.

Changing your password

  1. Go to Account > Security Settings.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Click Save. You'll be logged out of all other active sessions automatically.

Forgot your password?

If you can't log in because you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 30 minutes for security reasons.
